Gain a basic understanding of investing in the stock market and crypto. Students will use real data and fake money to build a basic public portfolio. No prior knowledge is needed.

• Group size: Small groups of 4 to 20 learners

• Students will be divided into peer groups of similar grade level

• What is a stock? What is cryptocurrency?

• What are some of the investment terms I should know about?

• Different considerations and strategies when investing in stocks and cryptos

• Fun interactive group project to pick a portfolio of public stocks and cryptos

• Simulate stock and crypto investments using real data and fake money

The cost is $175 per student for the entire 6 weeks.

We will meet once a week for one hour over zoom.
